Due to the COVID-19 situation, the start of the annual Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) survey, originally planned for 1 April 2020, was postponed. After good internal consultation with the participating members of CLIMMAR, the decision was been taken that the DSI 2020 will start on 2 June. On that date, the DSI 2020 survey will be launched in Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, The Netherlands and Poland. Unfortunately, Ireland does not take part in the survey as FTMTA is no longer a member of CLIMMAR, the European Farm Machinery Dealers Association.
The survey will run until 24 July 2020. After closing, the results of each participating country will be analysed and all national results will be compiled to a European DSI 2020 result.
