Last year, the spare parts wholesaler Granit Parts expanded its product portfolio to include the agricultural range from FJDynamics. Since the beginning of the year, Granit Parts has had the exclusive distribution rights for the FJDynamics steering systems and the associated spare parts and accessories range in Germany, Switzerland, the Benelux countries, the UK and Ireland.
As part of the new sales partnership, Granit Parts offers specialist dealers and distributors four FJDynamics steering systems as well as suitable spare parts and accessories. From February, a fifth steering system will be added to the portfolio, the new FJD AT2 Max which is another retrofit system. This new steering system is specially optimized for ISOBUS applications thanks to a larger terminal.
At the forefront of the AT2 Max’s design is its impressive 12.1-inch screen, which is currently the largest in FJD’s agriculture lineup of guidance and autosteering systems. Designed with a narrower metal frame for a higher screen-to-body ratio, the expansive screen offers a remarkable 46% increase in the visible area when compared to the standard AT2 model.
Built against daily wear and tear, the increased screen size not only makes information more legible but also helps ensure that critical information is easily accessible at a glance. In this way, you can focus more on your tasks without worrying about misreading vital data, leading to safer and more efficient operations in high-speed farming scenarios.
The large screen also offers the benefit of split-screen and full-screen views. Specifically, the four-screen layout enables you to monitor multiple tasks simultaneously without switching back and forth between different windows, while the full-screen ISOBUS UT interface lets you focus on critical data without distractions during pesticide spraying and fertilizer spreading.
In addition, the AT2 Max can show up to 24 sections at the same time, giving you a better view and control of your equipment. Along with a mini navigation window, this upgraded system takes the on-screen interaction experience to the next level, making challenging farming tasks easier and more efficient than before.
Granit parts are distributed in Ireland by Farmhand Ltd, the country’s largest independent machinery distributor.
